PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical liquid pump for feeding a chemical liquid, and to provide a soil disinfecting machine for disinfecting soil by stably delivering the chemical liquid into the ground. SOLUTION: The chemical liquid pump 1 has such a mechanism as to suck the chemical liquid B via a suction port 3 into a pump chamber 2 and deliver the chemical liquid B in the pump chamber 2 via a delivery port 5, wherein the delivery port 5 is disposed at a position relatively higher than that of the suction port 3. Therefore, even if the pump 1 is inclined, the residual air A tends to gather at the delivery port 5 to be rapidly discharged via the extrusion port 5.
