<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorocarbon resin sheet containing a filler which shows a high stress relaxation property and high airtightness (sealability) at the same time even when the filling ratio of the fluorocarbon resin is low and the filling ratio of the filler is high, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the fluorocarbon resin sheet containing the filler includes the process of rolling a sheet-forming resin composition containing the fluorocarbon resin, the filler and a processing aid at a roll temperature of 40 to 80°C, wherein the processing aid contains 30 mass% or more (based on 100 mass% of the processing aid) of a petroleum-based hydrocarbon solvent having a fractional distillation temperature of not more than 120°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
