PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system which is excellent in both optimization control (configuration control) and sequence control(real control) of an apparatus to be controlled. SOLUTION: This control system is provided with: a CPU which controls the operation of apparatus to be controlled based on a reference control signal, detects the operating status of the apparatus to be controlled, and optimizes the reference control signal, based on the detection result of the operating status of the apparatus to be controlled; and a sequencer which does not use the CPU, and performs the sequence-control of the operation of the apparatus to be controlled based on the optimized control signal.
