The operation unit 12 b receives the input of an IP address from the exterior. The memory 14 stores a private address assigned to another device on the intranet 6 . The determination unit 15 a determines whether or not the IP address received by the operation unit 12 b agrees with the private addresses that are stored. The display unit 12 a displays that the IP address received by the operation unit 12 b does not agree with the private addresses when determined by the determination unit 15 a.
