摘要 <p>A coil member composed of alternate insulating layers and coil lines is interposed between a hexagonal system ferrite substrate. The hexagonal system ferrite substrate has anisotropy. The meaning of having "anisotropy" is that the regularity of crystal orientation is different with the direction of the substrate, that is, the ferrite crystal grains of the hexagonal ferrite substrate has anisotropy in the c-axis orientation. As a result of the "anisotropy", the initial permeability varies with the direction. The initial permeability can be maintained up to high frequency by using the hexagonal ferrite substrate as a magnetic substrate forming a magnetic path with a coil member interposed. Therefore, the high-frequency characteristic of the impedance produced because of the coil line can be improved. Since such a hexagonal ferrite substrate having anisotropy has a direction in which the initial permeability is high and a direction in which that is low, the direction in which the initial permeability is high and the direction in which the initial permeability is low can be used separately depending on the shape and structure of the coil member by suing the hexagonal ferrite substrate.</p>
