<p>It is intended to produce a beer contaminating lactic acid bacterial strain which has become difficult to culture under an artificial environment and to provide a biological material for devising an effective countermeasure against the bacterium. A method for producing a beer contaminating lactic acid bacterium which has become difficult to culture characterized by performing anaerobic culture by inoculating a lactic acid bacterium into a beer adjusted at a pH value of 4.0 to 5.5, and performing a heat treatment at 50 to 65ºC for 5 to 15 minutes after repeating an operation in which the obtained culture is inoculated into a beer adjusted at the pH value for 5 times or more; a method for producing a beer contaminating lactic acid bacterium which has become difficult to culture characterized by performing anaerobic culture by inoculating a lactic acid bacterium into a beer adjusted at a pH value of 4.0 to 5.5, and repeating an operation in which the obtained culture is inoculated into a beer adjusted at the pH value for more than 20 times; a test medium for a beer contaminating lactic acid bacterium comprising a beer and a powder MRS medium without agar added at a ratio of 16 g or less to 1L of the beer; and a method for testing a lactic acid bacterium in a beer characterized by using the test medium for a beer contaminating lactic acid bacterium are provided.</p> |
