PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enzyme water-producing apparatus which can simply perform works for preliminarily inputting settings related to enzyme water production such as a daily enzyme water production quantity suitable to the conditions of a kitchen site. SOLUTION: This enzyme water-producing apparatus for supplying a prescribed quantity of water and a suitable quantity of an enzyme preparation from an enzyme preparation storage container to a production tank in a preliminarily set mixing rate and then controlling temperature to produce the enzyme water is equipped with a production schedule management module 63 for managing a production schedule for controlling a production quantity of the enzyme water daily required, and an equipment-controlling module 65 for controlling various equipments on the basis of the production schedule to produce the enzyme water. The production schedule management module 63 makes a one week sub-schedule for setting the production quantities of days constituting one week on the basis of user inputs, assigns the one week sub-schedule to weeks constituting one year to automatically make a year unit production schedule, and stores the made year unit production schedule in a data base portion 64.
