A display (100) acquires mobile state information indicating the mobile state of a mobile object by using an acquiring section (101). A position identifying section (102) identifies the current position of the mobile object on the basis of the mobile state information and map information. When the current position of the mobile object is identified at a place other than a road after being on the road by the position identifying section (102), a registration section (103) registers the deviated position on the road in a storage section (not depicted) as the entrance position of a parking lot. Further, a display control section (108) displays an entrance mark representing the entrance position of the parking lot registered in the storage section on a map displayed by a display section (109).
