<p>There are included a peaking determining part that determines a peaking amount of the output part of an inductor peaking circuit; and a control signal generating part that changes circuit parameters of the inductor peaking circuit based on the peaking amount determined by the peaking determining part. In particular, the inductor peaking circuit includes series combinations of an inductor and a resistor each inserted between the output part and a power supply and also includes a parallel combination of capacitors connected between the output part and the GND. The respective values of the inductors, resistors and capacitors can be selected to suppress the peaking occurring at the output part. Thus, since the peaking amount of the output part is monitored at all times, it is possible to suppress not only the occurrence of peaking due to static causes such as variations of circuit elements, processes and others during manufacture but also the occurrence of peaking due to dynamic causes such as variations of operational environments of power supply voltages, temperatures and others.</p> |
