An air conditioner is provided to improve heat exchange efficiency while reducing the height of an air conditioner by arranging left and right heat exchange units to be inclined opposite to each other. An air conditioner comprises a left heat exchange unit(102), a right heat exchange unit(104), a front surface cover and a rear surface cover(108). The left heat exchange unit is arranged inside a cabinet to be inclined to the left. The right heat exchange unit is arranged inside the cabinet to be inclined to the right. The front surface cover covers a front surface between the left and right heat exchange units. The rear surface cover covers a rear surface between the left and right heat exchange units. A penetration hole, through which coolant tubes connected to the front or the rear surface cover pass, is formed in one of the front and rear surface covers.
