<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve quality of a branch hose having a sub hose branched off from a branch point of a main hose. <P>SOLUTION: The branch hose 10 has the sub hose 14 branched off from the main hose 12 by making the sub hose 14 communicate to a branch hole 16 of the main hose 14, and the branch section is covered by coating material 20. In forming of the branch hole 16 and a branch hose connector 17, the main hose 12 before vulcanization is set in a mandrel M and a branch hole forming die BK and a branch hole expansion forming pin HP is moved forward in relation to the main hose 12. Consequently, the branch hole 16 is expanded and formed on the main hose 12P before vulcanization, surplus part of a hose circumference wall around the branch hole 16 bulges to an outside of the hose to form the branch hose connector 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
