PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a vehicle speed to be parking locked from being reduced even in the case that a joint part is inclined and turned under a biasing force of a rod spring. SOLUTION: This parking structure comprises a parking rod 5, a manual plate 7 turned in correspondence with the position of a select lever, a joint part 6 for supporting the parking rod 5 through a supporting hole 16 in such a way that it can be axially slid and further supported at the manual plate 7 in such a way that it can be inclined, a joint receiving part 30 formed at an axial midway part of the parking rod 5, and a rod spring 21 placed between the base end of the parking rod 5 and an end surface of the rod base end of the joint part 6.
