PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a super-abrasive resin bond wheel with a small grinding resistance which suppresses a frictional heat in grinding from generating by preventing a material to be ground from being grazed with a bond without lowering an abrasive holding force. SOLUTION: In the super-abrasive resin bond wheel for use in creep feed grinding of a hardly grindable material, an abrasive 2 is bonded by a resin bond 3, and the resin bond 3 contains a solid lubricant 5. Graphite can be used as the solid lubricant 5. The particle size of the solid lubricant 5 is 50-600% of the mean particle size of the abrasive particle 2, and the rate of addition of the solid lubricant in an abrasive particle layer excluding the abrasive particle 2 is 20-50%. Additionally, a metal filler is added to the resin bond 3, the rate of addition of the metal filler in the abrasive particle layer excluding the abrasive particle 2 is 20-60%, and the total rate of addition of the solid lubricant 5 and the metal filler is 80% or less.
