PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive controlling device of a combine enabling the simplification of the operation from the start of an engine to the reaping work. SOLUTION: When the operation starting command is issued by a work commanding means I, the action of a switching operation driving means M is controlled by a controlling means H to set an acceleration means 42 to a rated rotation state and a threshing clutch 12 to a coupled state. When the reaping work starting condition is judged to be fulfilled based on the detection information from an operation state detecting means J in an operation starting state, a reaping clutch 10 is coupled, and when the reaping work starting condition is judged to be incomplete based on the detection information from the operation state detecting means J, the action of the switching operation driving means M is controlled to disconnect the reaping clutch 10.
