<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk recording/reproducing system, an optical disk recording/reproducing method, and an optical disk recording/reproducing program for detecting the optimum recording condition that reproduction jitters after recording is optimized by particularly reducing setting errors of erasure power, as for the first recording layer of a multilayer optical disk nearest to an optical pickup. <P>SOLUTION: In consideration that errors in setting erasure power are likely to affect deterioration of jitters and margin in an allowable range of reproduction jitters for the first recording layer of a two-layer optical disk 1 is extremely small, from among the values detected by a recording state detection means 4 from a plurality of areas different in DC recording power for recording the first recording layer while varying the DC erasure power of the optical disk 1, a determination means 13 determines that the detected value agrees with a prescribed detection value or a detection condition for the DC erasure power, and a calculation means 12 acquires the level of the optimum erasure power by multiplying the DC erasure power value recording the area of the determined detection value by a prescribed coefficient. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
