POWER STORAGE-SUPPLY DEVICE, AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage-supply device and method which can reduce electric bills.

SOLUTION: The power storage-supply device classifies loads into a first load 61 operating steadily, and a second load 63 operating on demand. A load controller 80 computes the residual power storage capacity Q(n) of a storage battery 10. Power is supplied from the storage battery 10 to the first load 61 and the second load 63, when the residual power storage capacity Q(n) is sufficient; and when Q(n) is not sufficient, power is supplied only to the first load 61.
