PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer noise filter whereby strong magnetic coupling is produced between inductor patterns in a common mode, downsizing and a low height are attained, and the high attenuation effect of normal mode noise can be obtained. SOLUTION: The multilayer noise filter includes first and second inner conductors 31, 36, the first and second inner conductors 31, 36 include first and second coil conductors 31a, 36a and first and second capacitor conductors 31b, 36b, a nonmagnetic material sheet 22d is located between the first and second internal conductors, magnetic material sheets 22a, 23c are located between spiral conductors 32a, 32b and between spiral conductors 37a, 37b, respectively, the capacitor conductors are located between the nonmagnetic material sheet and the magnetic material sheet, a planar conductor 34b is connected to the spiral conductors 32a, 32b, a planar conductor 39a is connected to the spiral conductors 37a, 37b, and the planar conductors 34b, 39a are connected to one-side ends of the first and second coil conductors 31a, 36a.
