PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden to a driver in backward starting, so that the driver performs safe driving. SOLUTION: An imaging part 101 images backward images of a mobile body. An acquisition part 102 acquires moving information showing a moving state in which the mobile body moves. A detecting part 103 detects a working state of a driving source for moving the mobile body. A deciding part 104 decides whether or not the mobile body starts backward when the driving source reworks based on moving information when stopping of the working of the driving source is detected by the detecting part 103. A control part 105 makes a display part 106 display the backward images of the mobile body when the reworking of the driving source is detected after the decision by the deciding part 104 and the decision result of the deciding part 104 is the backward starting.
