PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorating material wherein it has a sense of touch being like a human skin, a stuck cellophane tape stuck thereon can be easily peeled and a trace after peeling is hardly marked, a finger-print hardly remained on the surface thereof, is good in a cellophane tape proof nature (even if it is stuck, it is easily peeled off), furthermore, it is excellent in the reversibility of a depression or the like, and easy to regulate a color tone, and has a caster-proof nature, an impact resistance etc., it can be easily produced and also superior in processing property. SOLUTION: On the decorating material for a floor made of the decorating sheet laminated on a base material for a floor, a polymer gel layer is provided between the base material for the floor and the decorating sheet described above and a synthetic resin in a surface protecting layer of the decorating sheet contains proteins comprised of natural organic compounds.
