A method for automatically analyzing an inter-layer short of a rotor in a high voltage circulator is provided to reduce maintaining and repairing cost by monitoring the inter-layer short state of the rotor in real time. A method for automatically analyzing an inter-layer short of a rotor in a high voltage circulator includes the steps of: detecting an inter-layer short generation signal induced for each winding at an N-pole and an S-pole of a rotor winding by installing an inter-layer short detector on a stator of the high voltage circulator(S510); at a data collection unit, receiving, converting and outputting the signal detected from the inter-layer short detector into data required for analysis(S520); at a server, receiving data related to the inter-layer short generation signal from the data collection unit through an input unit, calculating a maximum value and a minimum value from the received data, and extracting a start value of a first winding of the minimum value at a data extraction unit(S530); at the data extraction unit, receiving the data related to the inter-layer generation signal, and extracting data regarding the total number of windings of the high voltage circulator(S540); at a deviation ratio calculation unit, calculating a deviation ratio of the inter-layer short signal by comparing and calculating an absolute value for each winding of the N-pole and the S-pole of the data inputted through the input unit(S550); at a short number and ratio calculation unit, calculating the number and ratio of short through the deviation ratio data calculated through the deviation ratio calculation unit(S560); and at a display unit, displaying analyzed data if a control unit analyzes the number and location of short, and the deviation ratio based on the value calculated by the short number and ratio calculation unit and the deviation ratio calculation unit(S570). |
