<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint system adaptable for mismatching, for easily and reliably connecting the component of a planetary gear train to external equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The planetary gear train consists of a sun gear 56, a ring gear 48, a planetary gear 46 rotatably mounted in a planet carrier 62 for gearing with the gear 56 and the gear 48, and a sun gear joint having a wavy flexible section 44 connected to a spindle 42 adaptably for mismatching between the gear 56 and a shaft 28. The section 44 has a cylindrical ring 68 whose diameter is larger than the diameter of the spindle 42, and it is connected to the spindle 42 with diaphragms 70, 72 isolated from each other in the longitudinal direction. Joint portions 74, 76 each have a curved cross section for improving the flexibility of the joint 42 and minimizing stress concentration.
