<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EL display device, thin in a shape, equipped with an electromagnetic guidance type touch-panel function. <P>SOLUTION: The device has a first substrate 1, a plurality of EL elements arranged on the first substrate, a second substrate 2 arranged with separation on the EL element, loop coils 6, 7 used for detecting a coordinate, a current detection part 14 for detecting current change of the loop coils 6, 7, and a coordinate detection part 15 for detecting a position on a display screen based on the current change detected by the current detection part 14, and the loop coils 6, 7 are arranged at a side for the first substrate 1 of the second substrate 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
