PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to inform information related to printing in accordance with a cartridge storing a coloring agent. SOLUTION: When an ordinary cartridge enabling printing as much as possible by a stored ink is mounted, an embodiment that a relation between the maximum amount of ink stored and the remaining amount L of the ink can be visually recognized is displayed on a displaying part 62. When a cartridge for guaranteeing the number of sheets for printing in which the number of the sheets for guaranteeing the printing being an upper limit of printable number of sheets is set is mounted, the information related to the remaining number of sheets printable among the number of sheets for guaranteeing the printing, is displayed on the displaying part 62 as a displaying screen 80 for displaying the remaining number of sheets and the remaining amount of the ink by which a relation between the number of sheets for guaranteeing the printing and the number of remaining sheets can be visually recognized. In this case, a displaying part 80b for the number of remaining sheets in which the number of the remaining sheets among the number of sheets for guaranteeing the printing is displayed in a gauge-like region, and a remaining amount displaying part 80c in which the remaining amount of the ink is displayed in a bar-like shape, are displayed on one screen.
