PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, for example, a sound processor for achieving a low-pass filter, or the like by simple calculation. SOLUTION: An input receiver 202 of the sound processor 201 receives the input of displacement in an input waveform successively; an output 203 outputs the displacement of an output waveform calculated by a displacement calculator 205 successively; a difference calculator 204 calculates the difference between the displacement of the input waveform received finally in the displacement of the input waveform and that of the output waveform outputted finally in the displacement of the output waveform; and a displacement calculator 205 sets the sum of the displacement of the output waveform outputted finally in the displacement of the output waveform, and a value obtained by multiplying the difference calculated finally in the calculated difference by a coefficient that is larger than 0 and is smaller than 1, to be the calculation result of the displacement of the output waveform to be outputted next in the displacement of the output waveform.
