<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording medium for reducing the dispersion of characteristics such as reflectivity of the respective optical information recording media. <P>SOLUTION: The reflectivity of a first information recording layer 20 formed on a first substrate 18 is determined on the basis of the optical density of the first information recording layer 20 and first reflectivity characteristics (the reflectivity characteristics of the recording layer to the film thickness of the first information recording layer after forming the semi-transmissive reflection film 22 of a specified film thickness). Further, the film thickness of the semi-transmissive reflection film 22 formed on the first information recording layer 20 is determined by the determined reflectivity of the first information recording layer 20 and second reflectivity characteristics (the reflectivity characteristics of the first information recording layer 20 to the film thickness of the semi-transmissive reflection film 22 at the desired optical density of the first information recording layer 20 after forming the semi-transmissive reflection film 22), and the semi-transmissive reflection film 22 is formed for the determined film thickness. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
