<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optic device which can reduce loss of light. <P>SOLUTION: The electro-optic device D comprises an electro-optic panel 10 where a plurality of electro-optic elements E are arranged, a focusing lens array 20, a spacer glass 60 and a frame 40. The spacer glass 60 is a member of light passing properties and is interposed between the electro-optic panel 10 and the lens array 20. The frame 40 includes a first opposed surface 401 and is set so that a first surface 601 of the spacer glass 60 contacts the first opposed surface 401.
