PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic vending machine for satisfactorily achieving the first-in first-out of merchandise by simplifying the supplement operation of merchandise. SOLUTION: The automatic vending machine is provided with: a main body cabinet 1 in which a merchandise repository 10 and a merchandise repository 20 are horizontally installed. The merchandise repository 10 in which a plurality of columns 11 for lining merchandise in a row back and forth for storage are arrayed in vertical stages and horizontal columns, and the merchandise is stored in a normal temperature status, and the merchandise repository 20 in which a plurality of columns 22 for lining the merchandise in a row back and forth are arrayed in vertical stages and horizontal columns, and the merchandise is stored so as to be maintained in a desired temperatures status and a door body 3 for opening/closing the front opening formed in the main body cabinet 1, are provided. The automatic vending machine is further provided with: a first conveyance unit 30 for taking out the merchandise at the final side of the designated column of the merchandise storage repository 10, and for conveying the merchandise to the terminal end of the designated column of the merchandise storage warehouse 20 in response to a merchandise replenishing command; and a second conveyance unit 40 for taking out the merchandise at the forefront side of the designated column of the merchandise storage warehouse 20, and for conveying the merchandise to a merchandise outlet 4 according to the merchandise selling instruction.
