PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape cutter attaining continuous work without touching a tape by sticking and cutting it with one hand in view of a conventional tape cutter causing a tape to twist about a finger and inhibiting continuous work with one hand because work has to be performed while holding the tape with the fingers to cut it and holding down an object to be stuck with both fingers. SOLUTION: An adhesive face of an adhesive tape is taken out of a lower face of the tape cutter and stuck pressed directly by a roller. A body is then rotated by 90°and raised. Then thin paper to be stuck is lifted by the tape, and if the thin paper is cut as it is, it is damaged. The body is therefore pressed down to put the lifted thin paper back into its original flat state, and then the thin paper is cut and slid by a presser nose for completion. Continuous sticking with one hand can be performed also next time. The tape can also be held with the fingers and cut into a required length. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
