PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage of a first medium and a second medium by movement of a first delivery stacker in a delivery stacker lifting device provided with the first delivery stacker and a second delivery stacker. SOLUTION: The delivery stacker lifting device is provided with the second delivery stacker 600 arranged in a downstream side in a conveying direction of the first delivery stacker 500 at a first position and superposing the first media (P) with the first delivery stacker 500. At the first position of the first delivery stacker 500, a part of a guide opening part (522) of the first delivery stacker 500 is constituted at a higher position than an upstream end in a conveying direction of the second delivery stacker 600 such that the first medium (P) and the second medium (Q) inserted to the guide opening part (522) are not pressed to the second delivery stacker 600.
