PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shower head holder by which a shower head is moved to an arbitrary position for use. SOLUTION: The shower head holder includes: two arms which are moved parallel to each other; two pairs of holding plates holding ends of the arms; an insertion part positioned at the lower part of the lower holding plate; and a holder part which is provided on a side of the upper holding plate in a manner of being rotatable relative to the holding plate.
