One or more pockets (11) in a turbine rotor blade shaft (10) are filled with a polymer compound material (14), which has fibers passing through inside a plastic/resin matrix, in which the fibers show an alignment that has been determined in agreement with a predetermined frequency adjustment or attenuation in the rotor blade.
