摘要 A low-temperature melting process for manufacturing PbO-free glass frits comprising metallic oxides for display is provided, which improves transmittance and moisture absorption of the glass frits. A low-temperature melting process for manufacturing PbO-free glass frits comprises steps of: adding sucrose(C12H22O11) into P2O5 based glass frits raw materials comprising metallic oxides; and feeding the mixture into a melting pot and melting them at 900 to 1100deg.C under atmosphere to prepare glass frits. The glass frits raw materials comprise 25 to 50mol% of SnO2, 25 to 50mol% of P2O5, 2 to 25mol% of R2O3(R=B, Al, Bi) and optionally 1 to 10mol% of RO(R=Zn, Ca, Ba).
