The portable carrier settlement server 5 executes the settlement processing of transactions after certifying a user based on information transmitted from the cellular phone 4. The portable carrier settlement server 5 transmits a settlement completion notice for indicating the completion of the settlement processing after executing the settlement processing to the cellular phone 4.
