<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prefilled syringe which can prevent normal difficult dosing work using a syringe and prevent wrong administration of medicine to a patient. <P>SOLUTION: A syringe 1 for the prefilled syringe includes an outer cylinder 2, a sealing portion 3, a gasket 4 stored so as to be slidable in the outer cylinder 2, and a plunger 5 attached to the rear end of the gasket 4. The plunger 5 is equipped with a plunger movement regulating portion 7 provided on the side surface of the shaft portion of the plunger 5 and abutting on the read end of the outer cylinder 2 when the plunger 5 is pressed toward the end direction of the outer cylinder 2. The plunger movement regulating portion 7 is equipped with a displaying portion 71 which is allowed to be released from abutment on the rear portion of the outer cylinder 2 and is allowed to intrude into the outer cylinder 2 by its mounting to a syringe pump or an urging force from the side of the plunger 5.
