PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit information on the position or the like of one's own vehicle with a suitable timing without setting operation of a destination, a route, a transmitting point, or the like. SOLUTION: A timing determining means 18 determines timing of e-mail transmission every lapse of a specified time interval. When the timing determining means 18 determines the timing of e-mail transmission, an address extracting means 20 extracts a present address corresponding to current position information detected by a one's-own-vehicle position detecting means 16 based on the address data stored in a main storage device 3. Additionally, an e-mail transmitting means 22 prepares an e-mail where this present address is inserted into a fixed sentence, and transmits the prepared e-mail to the specified e-mail address.
