摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the influence on the detection accuracy of variation amoutΔP, with respect to the atmospheric pressure P0 caused by a change of the atmospheric pressure P0, without compensating and controlling the sensitivity of a sensor. SOLUTION: This physical quantity detector is provided with detecting means 10a, 10, 20 for outputting a voltage, containing voltage components in response to the atmospheric pressure P0 and voltage components, in response to the variation amountΔP of the atmospheric pressure P0; a filter 30 for removing the voltage component in response to the variation amountΔP, with respect to the atmospheric pressure P0, from the output voltage of the detecting means; and a variable gain device 50 for amplifying the voltage difference between the voltage VS output from the detecting means, at a gain that is inversely proportional to the voltage containing the voltage component, in response to the atmospheric pressure P0 output from the filter 30, and a voltage VS0, from which the voltage component in response to the variation amountΔP with respect to the atmospheric pressure P0 is removed from an output voltage of an amplifying circuit 20 by the filter 30.
