Automatic identity system

An automatic unit that will enable cloned items (e.g. temporary seating in public performances) to be identified individually by means of an address signal. Each unit will be individual, and will not require to be placed in any order. The only requirement will be correct orientation in relation to neighbouring units. A transmitter 4 sends a number of pulses to a first unit 5 which counts them, displays the count 1, and sends the pulses plus an extra pulse to the next unit 5 which responds similarly, and so on.
