A reusable spouting device capable of storing two different hair dye liquids and mixing the liquids is provided to help any one to easily adjust a mixing ratio of the liquids and an amount of the hair dye liquid application as desired with easiness. A spouting device(100) includes: a pair of dual storage cases(110,120) for storing a first and a second hair dye liquid; a mixing cap(130) for mixing the hair dye liquids, and a brush(200). To discharge the hair dye liquids, valve nozzles(114,124) are installed at the top of the storage cases(110,120), respectively. The mixing cap is constituted by a binder bracket(140) for binding the storage cases, and a connector bracket(150) connected to each of the valve nozzles to transfer the mixed liquid to the brush. The connector bracket is divided into an upper connector bracket(160) directly connected to the brush and a lower connector bracket(170) directly connected to the nozzles(114,124). |
