A method for manufacturing instant noodles containing rice flour for Chinese dishes is provided to obtain the noodles which are rich in nutrients and digest well, and to promote rice consumption while reducing wheat flour consumption. A method for manufacturing instant noodles containing rice flour for Chinese dishes comprises: mixing 6.5~7.5wt% of wheat flour, 2.35~3.35wt% of rice flour, 0.09~0.12wt% of bean flour, and 0.03~0.06wt% of salt; pouring water to the mixture and kneading it; and forming the dough into noodles by hand-beating or a noodle forming machine, wherein the salt is added according to seasons to prevent noodles from drooping in a small quantity in winter of low temperature while in a large quantity in summer of high temperature, .
