<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent information limited in copying from remaining on a medium for a long time by repeating temporary recording and to prevent the information from being copied on allowable number of recording media or more. <P>SOLUTION: When copy control information indicates permission of temporary recording having specific time limit, control information indicating to inhibit temporary recording is added and recorded on the recording medium.
