PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shading correction method and an exposure device, and a shading correction program capable of correcting an uneven light quantity in a main scanning direction of the exposure device with high accuracy at a cost-effective method. SOLUTION: The shading correction method corrects the uneven light quantity in the main scanning direction caused depending on characteristics of an optical system such as a lens included in a print exposure section 14, a print station 3 generates a test print TP, an automatic density measurement apparatus 20 applies colorimetry to the test print TP at a plurality of colorimetry points along the main scanning direction and a user uses a computer unit 88 to perform shading correction so as to bring the densities in the main scanning direction to be almost uniformed on the basis of a result of the colorimetry at the colorimetry points.
