PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus designed such that the optical axes of a movable lens structure body composing at least one of a plurality of lens structure bodies disposed in a lens barrel can be made coincident precisely and easily and to provide a method for adjusting the optical axes. SOLUTION: A plurality of parallel guide shafts guide displacement of the movable lens structure body composing at least one of the plurality of lens structure bodies disposed in the lens barrel.
