PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling position inspection device of excellent inspection precision while shortening an inspection time at a low cost. SOLUTION: This assembling position inspection device is provided with a main body 5 provided with a reference face 4 abutting on the periphery of a hole 3 of a work 2 with an inspected object 1 fastened in thereto, a detecting member 8 formed with a shaft part 6 contacting with the assembling position inspection device and a through-hole 7, and supported by the main body relatively movably with respect to the reference face 4, a reference hole 9 provided in a main body side to be positioned in a displacement route of the through hole 7 accompanied to a displacement of the detecting member 8, and overlapped with the through hole 7 when a relative displacement amount of the detecting member to the main body is within a reference range, and a light source 10 for irradiating the reference hole 9 with light.
