PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Western-style toilet bowl of simple shape easily attached/detached, easily cleaned and reduced in cost. SOLUTION: The Western-style toilet bowl 1 comprises a toilet bowl 2 and a cover member 3 for covering almost the whole side face of the toilet bowl 2. A dirt collecting member 4 covering the front face of the toilet bowl 2 and having a filth collecting part 4c at the front is mounted to the front part of the cover member 3. The dirt collecting member 4 is attachable to and detachable from the cover member 3 and easily attached/detached. When soiled, the filth collecting member 4 is removed from the cover member 3 and cleaned and washed. The collecting member 4 can thereby be easily removed and cleaned. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
