The device has a suction unit with a sealing apron (16) designed for pressing against a skin region surrounding a place of penetration of an insect. A cylinder (10) and a piston (12) occasionally produce a negative pressure that stays in flow connection with an inner area of the apron. The area is sealable in a condition pressed against the region such that insect secretions or toxins present in a branch canal is partially sucked out during production of the pressure. A preparation container (26) firmly connected with the unit has dosing equipment (30) for applying a preparation on the skin.
