The sensor has an evaluation device for detecting voltage of memory condensers as output signal of individual pixels at an end of an integration time. A control device selects barrier voltage, which is applied to the memory condenser before expiration of the integration time, in such a manner that a previous discharge of the memory condenser is cancelled based on falling lights, so that an effective reduced integration time is provided with respect to the original integration time.
