The case (1) has a semi-conductor component (2) comprising ribs (15), and a metallic cage (16) surrounding the component, where the cage serves as an electromagnetic barrier and comprises maintaining tabs (19). The component and the cage slide with respect to each other so as to be maintained in a soldered position. The tabs and the ribs are in contact to maintain the component with respect to the cage when the component and the case are remote from each other. The tabs are moved away from the ribs to release the component and the cage when the component and the cage are in the position.
