<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate registration of a donation destination, enable registration of a plurality of donation destinations, and further enable the registration while changing the ratio of donation according to the donation registrations. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When a user registers an optional group as a donation destination in a user information registration part 130, an information management part 160a of the information management device 100a reads group information from a group information registration part 125, transmits donation destination registration information for displaying, on a user device 300, a donation destination registration screen having a donation destination selection column for the user to selectively input one or more donation destinations from the group information and a donation ratio input column for the user to designate and input a ratio of donation according to the donation destination and the group information read from the group information registration part 125 to a user device of the user, and receives and registers the donation destination and ratio of donation ratio selected by the user as donation destination information in the user information registration part.
