It is known that duloxetine augments the level of certain neuro-transmitters by influencing the neural system of the human body. According to the new organism- defence theory (double inversely analogous defence system), for the organism defence there are participating both the immunisation and the neural system mutually influenced by their inversely analogous relationship in order to attain the organism homeostasis at a thorough defence level ensuring by 100% the organism health. Thereby, the use of the duloxetine in the production of a medicine can be extended to antimicrobial therapies (short-term therapies ensuring for a fixed period a thorough defence level by far higher than 100%), in therapies of autoimmune diseases (long-term therapies obtaining the organism homeostasis at lower immunisation level) as well as in the therapy of pathologic obesity. |
