The invented honey extractor is utilised for automatically extracting honey from any simple, great, or super great swarms of bees. The main characteristic of the mechanism is that it is provided with improved honey level-controlling mechanism composed of upstanding electrodes susceptible to be transversed by feeble electric current in dependence on the level of the honey contained into the cells of the invented mechanism
